Moneybookers首次提现到中国银行6个工作日成功到账
以前一直用Paypal收国外客户支付的服务费，但是Paypal实在太黑了，不但提现每笔要花费掉35美金的高昂手续费，大多数时候它电汇还要走中间行，导致中间行又扣去12美金的手续费。这也就罢了，每次客户付款给我，我收款还要比Paypal收取交易手续费，差不多是所有款额的4%，这样下来，我不是白给Paypal打工了嘛，气氛之余，决定不用或尽量少用Paypal（有些客户坚持要用Paypal），转向Moneybookers。 我是2010年3月注册了一个Moneybookers账户，打算注册的朋友切记要认真且真实地填写每一项资料，因为这直接关系到你自己将来的账户验证，提现，申诉等利益。特别是你的地址和姓名，出生年月等，切记要与身份证一致的。 注册一个账户很简单，按照它的引导程序，一步一步，不到10分钟就完成了，注册完成了就最好验证账户，Moneybookers有几个验证途径，每一个途径完成验证都可以提高你的交易限额，比如地址验证，银行账户验证。我最开始申请了地址验证，但Moneybookers的地址栏只能填英文，我按网上一些朋友的建议把我的地址变成拼音填入，然后提交申请地址验证 ，可是我至今也没有收到Moneybookers发来的验证信，据说Moneybookers中国员工会把我填的拼音地址翻译成中文，然后发地址验证信给我，大概一个礼拜可以收到，估计我家地址太稀罕，Moneybookers的员工转译错误，所以我收不到. 转眼间我的账户里已有2000多美元余额，于是我打算试一下提现，我申请提现2000美金，但到确认提现那一步时Moneybookers告诉我根据什么什么法律，我必须进行地址验证，才能完成提现。我懵了，那可怎么办，我根本收不到它的地址验证信，难道这钱要死在里面。 好在我有一张信用卡，于是我做了信用卡验证，为了保险，我心想不要超过1000元，于是申请提现900美元到我的中行本外币一本通。提现时，Moneybookers声称3个工作日，最多5个工作日会到账。 但是3个工作日后，我查网银，我的钱还是没到账，因为是首次从Moneybookers提现，所以我有点担心，于是登录Moneybookers，点击左边的”电子邮件支持“-提款-通过银行转帐提款-我的提款要求没有被转账到我的银行账户，大概8小时候，Moneybookers给我了一封大幅邮件： Dear Mrs. Hu, Thank you for contacting Moneybookers customer service. Paypal提现到中国银行已到账（3个工作日）
这是我第一次从paypal电汇提现，因为之前在网上搜索了很多相关信息，看到很多人说提现被冻结账号，或者银行以“公不对私”为名不给入账，所以心里也非常紧张，毕竟赚钱不容易。刚刚查到提现的钱已经到了我的账户，这里跟大家分享一点小经验： 1. 我的钱不是做外贸或销售货物赚的，而是向国外提供游戏和软件的本地化服务赚的，收到的货款全部是客户PAYPAL直接付款，使用Paypal将近一年，从来没有被客户投诉或要求退款，客户对我的服务都很满意，所以因为提现而被冻结账户的可能性较小。 2. 起初我没看到某些人说提现超过2000要申报的帖子，也没注意有些人说一次性提光容易被冻结的帖子，所以我稀里糊涂申请提3180美元(申请后账户只剩7美元多），paypal扣掉35美金，剩下3145美金。（时间是3月4日上午7点），强调一下提现申请的备注那里我特意填了“Translation service payment”以证明不是货款。 3. 申请完提现后，在网上看到更多帖子，说得人心惶惶，我十分后悔一下子差点提光，也害怕中行到时候不给我入账，因为超过了2000美金。 4. 4号下午，我登陆paypal看到处理状态变成了“已付款到银行”， 心里踏实了一些，觉得这至少证明paypal已经审查通过了我的提现申请。 5. 5号不报希望地查了几次网银，心里明白不大可能这么快。周末整天跟男朋友在外面玩，没有查网银。 6. 8号星期一起床第一件事就是开电脑查网银，上午一直是失望，中午有事出去了一趟，回来又查网银，还是失望，心里有点害怕，于是给我的开户行打了个电话，询问有关“公对私”的问题， 接线员说“只要对方没有写实货款，公对私也会给你入账”， 我又问“超过2000美金呢？”， 她很肯定地说“只要没写货款，多少都可以”。 我说“那到账了，你们会打电话通知我吗？”， 她说“会给你打电话” 我问：“但我以前每月收500英镑，你们从来没给我打过电话” 她答：“超过2000美金会打电话”。 我高兴地挂掉电话，心想开户行的业务员回答得这么肯定，paypal既然已经汇给我，除非paypal把我的账号写错，不然肯定是没问题了。于是安心做事，不再查网银。 刚才突然手痒，又查了一下，豁然发现美元那一栏的余额显示3133美金。（中间行扣了12美金）。 可是我的开户行并没有给我打电话。 根据以上经历，我总结如下： 1. 提现申请的备注还是可以填一下。 2. 中行似乎没有别的银行那么烦，从来没有打过电话骚扰我，每次我收外汇无论大小数额，都是直接入账，不过以往的客户是不是用公司账户给我付的我也不清楚。Paypal这次就肯定是公司账户。 3. 不过据说不同的中国银行分行政策也不一样，我这里是[color=Red]广东分行下面某支行的某分理处[/color]。 4. 如果你paypal收的钱不是来自ebay销售，而你提供的服务也是正当的，客户也都满意的，那提现金额与被冻结账号没什么关联。 5. 申请提现最好在早上，早上申请下午就能看到“已付款到银行”，如果晚上申请，就要第二天才看到。
