These affiliate programs offer every participant a chance to sell or promote products or service online, but participants do not need to pay any money to stock. One of thing that you will need to note is that there are many people who are buying real products or services online and they are happy with the products or services that they have purchased. Maybe you yourself have ever buy something on the net. Big companies such as Ebay and Amazon have earned millions of dollars by using the internet as a medium to reach the global audience and they are still expanding. Internet market is so big a market that every company is eager to take a position. However, on the other hand, there are too many products and services on the internet, a customer will be confused which is the best quality but lowest price, which is suitable for himself. At this time, those company are willing to organize their affiliate programs to help the introduce/promote their products or services to potential customers. Do you know the long-tailed theoretical distribution? Maybe you don’t know, but those company must know. You join their affiliate programs, they have no lose, but the more participants, the more their market share.
Both Amazon and Ebay has its affiliate program, so you can believe there are real affiliate programs on the internet.

1. Study and research affiliate program before your starting
Anyone can be involved in an affiliate marketing scam. Especially the beginners. The affiliate marketing scams will target the brand new to internet maffiliate market, because they are babyish, and most of them will be attracted by their high commission.
2.Attention, When a affiliate promises a very high Commission, it is probablly a scam.
A merchant will never pay a commission more than the profiy they will get out of the sale. If a affiliate promises a very high Commission, it is probablly a scam.
So it’s useful to know the market of the product or service you are going to promote. Here is a quick listing of what to expect for the different types of products:
1. Ebooks: the biggest commissions- 10% to 50%
2. products- 2% to 15% (depends upon the product or service)
3. software – 5% to 30% sometimes higher
Be awared of Returned Checks
When you get a check from an affiliate program, don’t be excited too much, go to the bank to confirm it is not in vain. If it is in vain, that affiliate program is a scam of course, you should keep away from it immediately, do not contact them and ask why, that is very danger, you may be involved in a 419 scam: Nowadays, the 419 scam puts it’s aim at the Internet Marketer’s website. They want to do a deal with you. The deal goes like this. They will approach a webmaster with a proposal of buying space on their website. The webmaster, unbeknown that this is a scam, bites because the deal-I mean the money is just to high to turn away.
The scammer sends the money-and the amount of the check is even higher than what was agreed upon. The scammer sends an email and states that they had inadvertently sent a check that was above the amount requested, and requests that the webmaster please send the difference back. The webmaster, thinking it is a legitimate mistake, sends the overcharged amount to the scammer. The webmaster is out the money, and the scammer is much richer. How to avoid this scam:
